What is an Invoice Account?

An invoice account is fundamentally similar to a personal Google Ads account, except for the payment method. Payments are made through invoices (monthly bills) issued to the company. This type of account is specifically designed for organizations with large advertising budgets or reputable Agency-Partner users.

Currently, ASM provides two types of invoice accounts: Invoice US and Invoice Hong Kong.

Invoice US:

• Payment Gateway: United States
• Capabilities: Supports all niches.

Invoice Hong Kong:

• Payment Gateway: Hong Kong
• Capabilities: Only supports some projects, NOT applicable for high-risk niches.

Advantages of Invoice Accounts

1. High Priority:
   Invoice accounts are given top priority for ad serving, making it easier for campaigns to spend money, gain clicks, and maintain ad delivery.
2. High Security and Credibility:
   Invoice accounts are exclusively provided to reputable businesses that meet Google’s criteria. This ensures the account’s reliability and security.
3. Low Suspension Rate:
   Using invoice accounts can significantly reduce the likelihood of suspension compared to personal accounts. Suspension risks related to payment are minimized by 60-70%. However, invoice accounts are not immune to suspension.

Account Setup Fee

Service for Providing Google Ads Invoice Accounts:

• Account Setup Fee: $50 per account
• Service fee: 10% based on consumption
• Each account will be preloaded with $50 for use, so the setup fee includes an additional $50 balance.
• Total Payment: $105 = $50 (top up) + $50 (opening fee) + $5 (which is 10% service fee x $50 top up)

Top-Up Policy

• Minimum Top-Up Amount: $50 per transaction.
• Processing Time: 30 minutes to 1 hour after the top-up request is successfully made.
• Top-Up Schedule:
  

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Weekend top-ups may take longer, so users are advised to maintain a sufficient balance by Friday.

Refund Policy

• Processing time: 2-5 business days.
• Refund options:
  

  • Transfer from the old ad account to a new ad account.
  • Direct refund to the customer’s bank account.

Important Notes:

• ASM does not provide warranty for Google Ads accounts that are suspended after being handed over to the customer’s email.
• In case of suspension, users are responsible for appealing the suspension on their own.
